500 grams (about 1 pound) of chopped meat/liver 1 carrot 1 small potato ½ cup frozen peas 1 tablespoon gravy mix
Place all ingredients into a microwave-proof casserole dish and pour
enough water into the pot to cover everything. Cover with a lid. Microwave the casserole on high power for 8
minutes. Stir briefly and return to the microwave. Cook on medium power for a further 8 minutes. Allow to cool
thoroughly before serving.
Store any unused portions in an air-tight container in the fridge for
up to 2 days.
